If written intimations received at least 30 days or more in advance from the date of the booking, then 20% + Transaction of total bill amount will be charged as Communication cancellation fees¬ & If you Pay in via Online payment transaction charges not refundable.
If written intimations received within a period of 29 days and 17 days of the date of the booking, then 35% of the total bill amount will be charged as cancellation fees.¬
If written intimations received within a period of 16 days and 10 days of the date of the booking, then 55% of the total bill amount will be charged as cancellation fees.¬
No refund is allowed/admissible if written intimation of cancellation is received within 10 days of the date of booking.¬
